My new Gift Guide kicks of with an array of favorite pendants. I love Etsy for it's unique-ness and for the "creativity at a click" with which it provides us. So getting my jewelry fix is always easy, the problem is I want everything. Pendants Galore for the jewelry lovers like myself, here goes...Enjoy!!!

The Thrifty Shopper
Hello everyone, TGIF. I've decided to become more involved in curating Treasuries on Etsy so I'm starting a Biweekly Shopping Guide for cheap skates like myself. These Treasuries will feature great items for $15 or less on Etsy and the picks will revolve around a theme in vouge or related some way to something I'm working on.
To kick off "The Thrifty Shopper" I've decided to go with owls as I have been working on some new owl wings myself. I'm also including a great Plush Owl Tutorial by Toad's Treasures. Enjoy!!!
So Cute!!! Have a Great Weekend.

CraftGossip.com Awesome Etsy Wishlist Giveaway!!!
OH MY!!! What a great giveaway folks. CraftGossip.com is hosting an AbFab $100 Etsy shopping spree x's 3. That's right they are giving away 3 one hundred dollar shopping sprees for Etsy.com, Can you believe it!?!?!? All you have to do is go to Etsy (while you're there, drop by my shop) and TRY to make a wishlist no more than $100 in total value, than follow the directions in CraftGossip's Blog Post. So, I've made my wishlist, and I've checked it twice, here it is; (and wish me luck)!!!
Item #1
I just love this polymer clay and cotton necklace by nomilktoday, yeah I'm a sucker for geometrical shapes. This "grey stripes" necklace sells for $22 and I want it something fierce!!!
Item #2
I've been tinkering with the idea of growing an herb garden in my apartment terrace and I think if I had these gourgeous Garden Markers by MakeThyme (what a clever name), I'd certainly make time (please excuse the tasteless pun) just to show them off. This 10 piece custom made set sells for $35.
Item #3
I really appreciate MsWood's way of recycling. This Leather OBI belt is simply great and I so want it for my winter wardrobe. This ALL leather belt sells for a mere $18, can you believe it!!!
Well everyone, that's it, that's my wishlist.

Funky Necklaces
Hey everyone, thought I'd open my brand new blog with a necklace I made today and share with you two necklaces I recently found on http://www.etsy.com/ and thought were fantastic. First the one I made, of course: I just discovered this new tecnic which basically consists in wrapping wire with yarn. Looks great and is bendable so you can twist and turn your wrapping into anything you desire. I started this one last night and completed it today. It's just gorgeous, at least I like to think so. I'm keeping this one for myself, but I've put it up for sale in my http://www.etsy.com/ shop on a made to order basis.
Anyhow, would like to share with you all the other two necklaces I've found and thought were fabulous, here goes: tell me what you think.
And this very romantic chocker by "Totusmel", very beautiful:

Aren't they just amazing?
